The rationale.

Most content stacks optimise for one channel and ignore the rest. This one is built for distribution from the start. Gamma produces decks, proposals, and visual documents with AI assistance in minutes — the same source material that gets repurposed across every other channel. Wistia hosts the video version with engagement heatmaps, email capture, and in-video CTAs, turning passive viewers into subscribers. Kit manages the email list built from Wistia captures and turns it into a weekly or monthly newsletter that compounds over time. Vista Social publishes the remaining derivative content — social clips, quote cards, thought-leadership posts — across platforms from a single scheduling queue. Four tools, one production loop.

The handoffs.

Gamma Wistia

Export your Gamma deck as a PDF or use it as a script for a screen-recorded walkthrough. Upload the recording to Wistia directly. The Gamma visual structure maps well to a talking-head or screen-share video — the deck slide order becomes the video chapter structure.

Manual export
Wistia Kit

Add a Wistia Turnstile (email gate) to any video — visitors enter their email to watch or to access the next section. Connect the Turnstile to Kit via Wistia's native Kit integration: Settings → Integrations → Kit. New subscribers land in a designated Kit sequence automatically.

Native integration
Gamma Vista Social

Export individual Gamma slides as images (PNG). Import to Vista Social's media library and schedule as carousel or single-image posts. Each slide becomes a standalone piece of social content with minimal additional effort.

Kit Vista Social

Repurpose sent Kit newsletter content for social. Copy the key insight or list into Vista Social's composer and schedule as a multi-part LinkedIn or X thread. No integration needed — this is a deliberate cross-channel repurposing step.

Where tools overlap.

No overlap — No meaningful overlap across the four tools. Gamma (creation), Wistia (video hosting/capture), Kit (email/newsletter), and Vista Social (social scheduling) each own a distinct layer of the content production loop. Kit and Vista Social both involve publishing, but to entirely different channels and audiences.

Where AI speeds this up.

AI is central to this stack, not a bolt-on. Use Gamma's native AI generation to build the first deck draft from a prompt — describe your topic, target audience, and key message, and Gamma produces a structured outline with visuals. From there, use Claude or GPT-4 to generate 10 social post variants from the same deck, feeding them directly into Vista Social's scheduler. For Kit, have AI draft newsletter sections from your video transcript (Wistia provides captions) — a 3-minute explainer video becomes a 400-word email in under 5 minutes.

What to watch for.

  • Wistia's Turnstile email gate can hurt video completion rates — gate too early and you lose the viewer before they're sold. A common setup is to gate at 60–80% of video completion, capturing only engaged viewers who've already watched the most important content.
  • Vista Social's pricing scales with the number of social profiles, not seats. If you manage multiple brands or client accounts, verify the profile count before committing to a plan tier.
  • Gamma's AI generation is best as a first draft, not a final product. The visual layouts benefit from a manual typography and colour review — the default style is recognisable and tends to look generic without customisation.
  • Kit's free plan (up to 1,000 subscribers) does not include automations or sequences. The Creator plan ($25/mo) is required to trigger email sequences from Wistia Turnstile captures — budget for it from day one.
