The rationale.
monday.com is the operational backbone — boards, automations, and integrations that keep projects and tasks visible across the team. Softr sits on top of your Airtable or Google Sheets data to build internal portals and dashboards without an engineer. MeetGeek records, transcribes, and summarises every meeting, then pushes action items to monday.com automatically. Time Doctor provides accurate time tracking per task and per person so you know where hours are actually going. Together they close the ops loop: assign → meet → track → analyse.
The handoffs.
MeetGeek has a native monday.com integration. After each meeting, MeetGeek automatically creates a monday.com item with the meeting summary and action items as sub-items. No manual note-taking required.
Softr connects natively to Airtable. If your monday.com data is mirrored in Airtable (via monday.com's Airtable sync or a Zapier bridge), Softr can surface it as a client portal or internal dashboard. Alternatively build directly from Airtable as the source of truth.
Time Doctor has a native monday.com integration. Tasks sync from monday.com boards into Time Doctor's task list — team members can start a timer directly against a monday.com task. Time logged in Time Doctor syncs back to the task's time-tracking field.
Where tools overlap.
Where AI speeds this up.
MeetGeek's AI summary is the primary AI layer — it replaces manual meeting notes entirely. Use monday.com's AI column (available on Pro/Enterprise) to auto-classify and prioritise incoming tasks. Use Softr's AI field lookup to surface anomalies in your operational data (e.g. projects overdue vs budget).
What to watch for.
- The monday.com ↔ Time Doctor native integration is available from monday.com's Standard plan ($12/seat/mo) upward — not on the Basic plan.
- Softr's portal features (multi-user login, role-based access) require the Basic plan ($49/mo). The free plan is too limited for a real client portal.
- Time Doctor's screenshot and activity monitoring features are available on all plans but should be disclosed to employees in your remote-work policy to avoid trust issues.
